Welcome to Your timeless luxury proposal Experience
Since most of our proposals take place at wineries, I always like to suggest that you tell them we're going on a private winery tour. This is ensures that we are all on the same page with the plan.
We do not recommend involving too many people int he planning process. A family member or friend is welcome to be involved or help out with the details but any more than that, the plan, story, and details will most likely get mixed up.
what do I tell my partner we are doing that day?

The Process
Our recommendation would be to have family and friends arrive 30 minutes AFTER you propose. This is great for 2 reasons. It will give you a private moment just between the two of you to enjoy your wine, Charcuterie board and picnic setup. Having family come in all together after adds another element of surprise they were not expecting.
We can also setup additional tables for you fully decorated just like your setup for an additional per person charge. They will be able to enjoy wine, Charcuterie, and amazing views of wine country with you both.
* We do have additional menu items for lunch, brunch for a full meal.
* Wine is a requirement for purchase for additional guests to be on property. That should be an easy one! Who doesn't like wine? Everything will be ready when your guests arrive.
* BONUS- photography is included in our proposal package and we will always offer to take photos with family members.
What if I want to have family join in?

Next day edits-
We will prioritize your gallery to the top and edit them within 24 hours so you can share with family and friends the next day! our normal turnaround time is 2 weeks. This is a rare find for photography and one of the ways that make us unique! -$75 add on
Large ground floral arrangements-
They not only look amazing in photos but they give a huge WOW factor to your set up. Oh, and yes, you get to take them home to enjoy! $175 each custom made by a professional florist.
Marry Me Sign-
This is not your traditional Mary sign. Marquee letters are a little bit dated and we find that a beautiful custom sign it's not only discreet but compliments the whole set up beautifully. What we love about our sign is that it's not visible until you get close to the picnic so it doesn't give anything away too soon. $60

What else can I add that will really make it special?

Because having a full service proposal planner is in your package, we welcome communication through text, phone and email. We will not text you unless you let us know that it is ok to do so freely. Let us know what works best for you.
I will also be your Photographer the day of so I will know all of the details and be discrete and camera ready the day of.
How do we communicate to keep it a secret?

To schedule click the link below and fill out the contact form with your details. We do book up very quickly on weekends but can have more availability during the week.
* 2 week minimum notice is best because we do involve multiple vendors that have to shop, plan and Design for you.
*For last minute requests, we may be able to accommodate on a case by case basis depending on your needs.
A 50 % deposit is due to hold your date, the remainder is due 2 days prior via your client portal.
how to book your proposal

After our session. together, within 14 days you will receive a digital online gallery. From there, you are able to download your images and take advantage of our full-service print gallery. Many of our clients use the welcome offer coupon within the first week to make a keepsake book or use one of the images as a wedding invite. Family members and friends are also able to purchase prints and other items with a guest link. Your link is for your own personal use. This can all be done right from your gallery!
HOw long before I recive my images?
Due to the nature of this event there are no refunds but you may transfer your date without loosing your deposit. Rain is also included in the trasfer process
Refunds
Yes, we are known for our classic, and timeless look and fee. Much of that comes in post processing. All your final images will be edited with our signature style. No body modifications will be made on standard edits if you wish make a request, there will be a $50 per image fee. We do not offer RAW images to our guests.
Do you edit the images?
Once you arrive, please text me so I can greet you and your partner and explain that I will be guiding you on a wine tour. Keep in mind that some wineries do have limited service, if I do not hear from you within 10 minutes after our scheduled time, I will look for you in the tasting room. Feel free to send me a text ahead of time letting me know what both of you are wearing so I can easily identify you. As for me, you can reference my picture above so you can identify me as well.
What do I do when I arrive?
If you are able, I recommend gently suggesting colors that will complement your picnic theme and set up. Doing so will elevate the look of your photos and provide a cohesive experience.
outfits
We do ask that you not get down on one knee until you were all the way to the picnic set up. Both of your bodies should be parallel so we can get multiple angles. If you have a few words to say before you ask this will give us more opportunity to take photos and get multiple reactions. We just don't want your backs to us as we would like to capture reactions instead of backs.
