When you can’t make it to Italy, we bring it to you! When Jess reached out to me wanting a bold, vibrant, and Italian-themed Picnic, I knew this was right up my alley. I also just got back from a week spent touring Lake Como and had some fresh ideas brewing in my head, and I was ready to bring the creativity!

We paired deep Italian blue hues along with bright, bold yellows to give Jess that pop she was looking for. We also had Dawn from Tularosa Flowers make us our fabulous centerpieces and floor pieces. Dawn is known for her bright, bold over the, top flowers making her the perfect fit! We have worked together on several weddings over the years, and I’m always so amazed by her talent behind those flowers.

I gave the table a personal touch with the guests’ names on fresh lemons. Since the weather in Temecula can be very warm in the middle of summer, we opted for a morning picnic with brunch boards from Boards and Baskets. What made this Birthday even more special is that Jess hired me to take photos during the party. Everyone even got their own portrait in their adorable outfits.

I always say this, but I think this is my favorite picnic to date! A big thank you to Danza Del Sol Winery for hosting this beautiful space and delicious wine.
